Some Restructure Fixes/Additions

A couple quick fixes and additions after the Restructure Update!

 - Fixed edit buttons that weren't working

- Reduced lag from random nation button

- Slightly increased speed of compass spinner

- Added an age tracker in the different inspector windows to track how long a nation/origin/faith has existed

Still looking into solutions for other issues I've noticed. Keep an eye out for more to come :)
